A small firm, Hamilton Henry & Associates is committed to the development of quality and sustainable results which meets the needs of our clients and those they serve. Amory Hamilton-Henry, M.A., B.Sc., Partner Amory has over 10 years experience in the field of social development (youth, parenting, crime prevention, poverty reduction), with specific competencies in training, policy development, project development and management. She is quite adept in the skills of resource mobilization, networking and partnership building, with particular accomplishments in leveraging greater levels of inter-agency collaboration and coordination in programming. She managed the development of Jamaica’s National Youth Policy (2004) and the country’s Strategic Plan for Youth Development (2005). She was also the Project Manager in the national study on Criminal Deportation in 2005. In more recent times she has lead the development of Jamaica’s National Parenting Policy; managed the United Nations Development Programme’s efforts in the development of social statistical capacity within the Eastern Caribbean and lead the strategic alignment of youth crime prevention programming within the Calgary Police Service in Alberta, Canada. amory@hamiltonhenry.com Osmond Henry, B.A., Partner Osmond has four years experience in the area of marketing and public relations across the English-speaking Caribbean coupled with over 10 years in law enforcement. His specific competencies include team building and facilitation skills, events planning and management, marketing and public relations. He is a certified Master Trainer in Sexual and Reproductive Health and has been involved in both developing projects and training in this regard. He has worked on the development of marketing strategies for various companies in Jamaica including P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Limited, Good Year Jamaica and First Global Financial Services, lead the public relations component of the Digicel Rising Stars competition since 2005 and has prepared Annual Reports for key clients inclusive of Jamaica Money Market Brokers, Grace Kennedy and the EXIM Bank. In 2008 he established RED Public Relations as partner to the Barbados-based RED Marketing and Advertising, with clients inclusive of BICO Limited, Il Forno Restaurant and Pizzeria, Lucky Horseshoe, MIX 96FM, SOL Group of Companies, Carter’s General Stores and Bank of Butterfield. osmond@hamiltonhenry.com Conrad Hamilton, M.A., B.A., Partner Conrad is an achievement driven professional with outstanding qualifications in public and private sector communications. He has over 15 years experience in the fields of journalism and public education, with significant understanding of transformation and change processes. His professional experience includes over five years as a teacher in Jamaica’s secondary education system; seven years with Jamaica’s leading news media house Radio Jamaica as a News Producer and Desk Editor; a Correspondent with the British Broadcasting Corporation with contributions to Outlook, BBC Caribbean Report, BBC World News and News Hour. In recent times, he has been leading the Ministry of Education’s team as the Manager, Communications and Stakeholder Relations in the Education Transformation project.
