Mac Kowaleski, WMCP, is a dedicated wealth advisor and co-founder of Hamilton Henry Wealth Strategies, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With a passion for helping clients achieve financial security through innovative strategies, Mac brings a modern approach to traditional wealth management.
Originally born in West Virginia and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Mac graduated from the University of South Carolina before relocating to Charlotte in 2016. After gaining valuable experience in the financial industry, he identified a need for a fresh perspective in wealth advising. Alongside his business partner Anastasios "Tasso" Marros, Mac founded Hamilton Henry Wealth Strategies to bridge the gap between conventional practices and the evolving needs of today’s clients.
Mac holds the Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP) designation, reflecting his commitment to providing comprehensive and client-focused financial solutions. His expertise lies in crafting personalized strategies that empower clients to navigate their financial journeys with confidence.
When he’s not helping clients prepare for their financial futures, Mac cherishes time with his family—his wife, Joanna, their daughter, Scarlett, born in 2024, and their two beloved dogs, Hamilton and Penelope. You’ll often find them soaking up the Charlotte sunshine, whether it’s strolling through Freedom park, enjoying leisurely walks, or relaxing on a nearby patio with appetizers and drinks, making memories together.

Anastasios "Tasso" Marros is a committed financial advisor and co-founder of Hamilton Henry Wealth Strategies, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Driven by a passion for guiding clients toward financial success, Tasso delivers a modern approach to traditional wealth management.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania in a family of restaurateurs, Tasso cultivated a strong work ethic early on. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business with a degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, fueling his enthusiasm for finance and business. Upon graduation in 2017, Tasso moved to Charlotte and later, together with his business partner Mac Kowaleski, co-founded Hamilton Henry Wealth Strategies to meet the evolving needs of today’s clients with forward-thinking, tailored solutions.
Tasso specializes in crafting personalized financial strategies designed to build confidence and clarity. He combines deep strategic insight with a client-first mindset to help individuals and families thrive financially.
Outside of work, Tasso enjoys spending time with his wife Meghan and their Pomeranian, Henry. They share a love of travel and discovering great food, often seeking out places that offer both. He also enjoys attempting to play golf, attending Cars & Coffee gatherings, and connecting with other watch enthusiasts through the Carolina Watch Club.
